Instead of running with both a belt and a vest or backpack when hitting the trails, we wanted to make an all-in-one belt for trail running with dogs.
The Trail light belt is equipped with five pockets to fit everything you need for your dog and yourself; one main pocket with 3L of storage, two bottle pockets, and two smaller pockets toward the front.
The belt can be used with or without your dog attached as the leash strap in front is removable. Your dog’s leash is attached to a secure screw-lock carabiner. The gliding carabiner follows your dog’s movements over the terrain. This makes it easier for you to maintain balance as it provides equal pull on both sides of your hips, even when the dog is pulling off-center.
The Trail light belt is lightweight and comfortable to wear thanks to the adjustability, ergonomic design and choice of fabrics. Our highly breathable material combination, HexiVent, ensures excellent airflow. The padding at the back prevents the belt from sliding. Leg straps also help keep the belt in place when running. These straps are also removable.
The belt comes in black and is available in one size.

The Trail light belt is designed for trail running with dogs, but is also a good choice for hiking.
It is possible to use the belt for canicross and skiing, but we also have belts developed specifically for these activities; The CaniX belt and the Løype belt.
Start by fastening the waist clip. The belt should sit comfortably over your hips. The more weight you carry, the tighter the belt should sit to prevent it from bouncing.
Below the main pocket, you find the rail system for the leg straps. Fasten the strap to your preferred attachment point, then attach the hook at the loop in front of the belt.
At last, adjust the front piece. The recommended distance between your body and the carabiner is at least 15 centimetres/6 inches. This allows the carabiner to follow your dog’s movements and distribute pressure evenly. The front piece can also be removed completely if you are running without your dog attached.
