Couch to 5k
Level: Beginner
Duration: 12 weeks
Sessions per week: 4
This beginner’s course is ideal for anyone new to canicross, needing a structured training plan to get started, or returning after a long break from activity. Canicross athlete and multiple world champion Ben Robinson has designed this program to help you gradually build up your running distance through a variety of exercises and routines.
5k to race
Level: Intermediate
Duration: 8 weeks
Sessions per week: 4-5
Once you have run a 5k with your dog , this program will help you improve your time and prepare for a canicross race. This course focuses on enhancing your own physical training so you can keep up with your dog and achieve your best race performance.
Bikejoring training programs
Bikejoring is a fun and dynamic sport where you and your dog can enjoy cycling together. It’s a great way to keep both of you active while building a strong bond. Any healthy dog can do bikejoring. It allows them to channel their energy in a healthy and stimulating way. Our bikejoring training program is designed to build and strengthen your skills, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to fine-tune your technique.

This beginner’s course to bikejoring, created by multiple world champion Viktor Sinding-Larsen, will teach you how to train your dog to run in front of your bike, build a solid training routine, and increase both distance and speed gradually. It’s perfect for anyone new to dog-powered sports or those who want to create a fun and structured exercise routine for their dog.
Water activities with your dog
If you are looking for a fun way to beat the heat or offer varied training to your dog, water activities are a fantastic way to release all that energy! They provide a low-impact workout that is easy on joints while improving cardiovascular health, muscle strength, and overall fitness. At the same time, training in and around water offers excellent mental stimulation.
Paws on paddles
Level: Beginner
Duration: 6 weeks
This course covers everything you need to know about stand-up paddling (SUP) with your dog. Led by agility champion Jeanette Sanbæk Håland, this program will help your dog become confident and comfortable on the paddleboard while ensuring safety and fun. It’s the ideal summer activity!
