You are getting in better shape, and the sessions are getting more challenging.

Remember that pace is all relative to yourself. Even as the suggested time or effort increases, you should choose a suitable pace that challenges you but allows you to complete the sessions.

This week's training sessions

Session 25 (suggested Tuesday)

  • 9-min brisk walk.
  • 2 * 12:00 jog/3:00 walk.
  • 9-min brisk walk.

Session 26 (suggested Thursday)

  • 9-min brisk walk.
  • 2 * 15:00 jog/3:00 walk.
  • 9-min brisk walk.

Session 27 (suggested Saturday)

  • Canicross, 2,5 km.

Session 28 (suggested Sunday)

  • 27 min brisk walking/jogging.
