You are about to reach your goal of completing a full 5K run with your dog!

This week's training sessions:

Session 45 (suggested Tuesday)

  • 12-min brisk walk.
  • 12-min jogging.
  • 12-min brisk walk.

Session 46 (suggested Thursday)

  • 12-min brisk walk.
  • 12-min alternating 30 s sprint/30 s jogging.
  • 12-min brisk walk.

Session 47 (suggested Saturday)

  • Canicross, 5 km. Race or virtual.

Session 48 (suggested Sunday)
